What made you pick this particular course?
I’m really interested in the English language, how and why it is used and analysed in an everyday context.

What do you most enjoy about studying at Petroc?
I enjoy having breaks in between lessons, this is really useful and when I can utilise my time to study and revisit topics I am unsure of.

Have you got involved in any enrichment activities?
I was part of the Humanities Aspire academy in my first year. We explored current affairs and discussed topics we were all interested in.

Did you undertake any work experience throughout your studies?
I did the Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) with Law and Psychology.

What do you plan to do when you leave Petroc (further study, career etc.)?
I plan to do a Law degree in Bristol.

Any advice for someone thinking of choosing the same course as you?
Keep revising and making notes after each lesson because it will pay off.
