Diploma in Site Carpentry
On this Level 2 Site Carpentry Diploma, you will learn to develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in Site Carpentry.
Units covered in this programme include:
– Carry out first fix flooring and roofing
– Carry out first fix frames, partitions and stairs
– Carry out second fixing operations
– Carry out carpentry maintenance
– Set up and operate a circular saw

Assessments
There will be practical and theory assessments throughout the year.
Entry Requirements
You will need a Level 1 carpentry-related qualification or relevant industry experience. A good understanding of maths and English would also be beneficial.
Progression
On completion of the programme, you will have the confidence to progress to the Level 3 Diploma or seek employment in the construction industry.
Facilities and resources
You will study practical elements in our specialist carpentry workshops.
