During this apprenticeship you will cover a range of skills to help you develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services that can be applied in all sectors. Business Administration requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail. This course allows progression within an organisation, including management opportunities.

Course details

Assessments

You will be required to undertake an end-point assessment will consist of a knowledge test, a portfolio-based interview and a presentation.

Entry Requirements

Ideally you will have achieved GCSE grade 4-9 / C-A* in English and Maths. However, if you have not achieved these we will work with you to achieve a Level 2 in English and Maths prior to taking your end-point assessment.

Progression

This administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles. The course can lead onto a Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship or the FdA in Business and Administration.

Facilities and resources

As an apprentice, you will have full access to the college facilities.
